User Insight

My background in sociology has given me strong training in surveys, interviews, focus groups, observation, and both qualitative and quantitative analysis. I pay attention to how users move through real situations, where friction appears, and what kind of improvement is truly useful to them. In project work, I try to stay close to real people and real contexts, then turn that understanding into suggestions that can actually be applied.

Data Sense

I have solid analytical ability and I am good at turning data into practical judgment. In past projects, I have combined competitor research, user behavior signals, and growth analysis to help teams find clearer directions and more effective actions. I am comfortable with tools such as Python, SQL, and SPSS, but more importantly, I use methods like word frequency and sentiment analysis to understand what kinds of user changes and decision opportunities the data is really pointing to.

I write and communicate well, and I have strong execution. In team settings, I try to connect user insight, product thinking, and execution needs, while actively bringing information together and coordinating resources so work can move from discussion into action. AI Agent Platform Early-stage Strategy

Supported the 0-to-1 cold start of an AI Agent collaboration platform during early beta and community setup.

Researched competing products and community growth models, and helped define three early channels: Xiaohongshu and WeChat content, offline hackathons, and referral through Agent digital business cards.

Results

Helped turn a broad early-stage growth problem into a clearer channel strategy, brought in the first batch of beta users, and supported the platform's initial community foundation.

AI-powered TCM Service Experience Optimization

Shandong Health Group · Store User Operations · Jan 2026 - Feb 2026

Worked on the rollout of the group's AI-based TCM constitution identification device in outpatient clinics, focusing on optimizing the user experience and operational process.

Went into the clinic, followed the full user journey, identified three experience breakpoints, supported SOP design, and collected more than 20 pieces of early user feedback.

Results

Translated early user insight into optimization suggestions, SOP support, and feedback directions that were adopted in later iterations.

AI Mental Health App UX Optimization

User Operations · May 2025 - Aug 2025

Focused on the uneven trust and empathy experience in AI mental health applications, and explored how user experience could be improved through human-AI interaction research.

Designed user experiments around different empathy strategies, used a psychological support chatbot built on Coze as the interaction carrier, and organized tests with 15 target users.

Results

Identified key factors influencing trust and translated the findings into UX optimization principles around emotional safety, role boundaries, and recommendation design.

AIGC User Demand Analysis

User Research · Apr 2025 - May 2025

Observed how AIGC technology was changing public perceptions of creative value by analyzing comment trends on Suno AI-related videos on Bilibili.

Selected five Suno AI videos with the most concentrated discussion, processed more than 2,000 raw comments, and used word frequency analysis and LDA topic modeling to cluster viewpoints into four themes.

Results

Mapped user emotions and latent needs around AI music, and identified key tensions in market education and user acceptance for AI creative product community strategy.

Caffeine Awareness Campus Communication

User Research · Oct 2025 - Nov 2025

Focused on the problem that university students often consume excessive caffeine under academic pressure while lacking enough health awareness, and carried out a campus health communication project.

Collected data from 320 students through surveys and focus groups, built a clearer user profile, and planned communication content around safe intake levels and health risks.

Results

Supported channel and content decisions with user research and found that around 80% of respondents said they would pay more attention to controlling caffeine intake after the campaign.
